TRX TRAINING
Ski coach and 4x olympic ski racer, Emma and I love TRX suspension training and we use it twice a week in the summer to help stay ski fit and strong.

I have been using TRX as part of my training for the last 3 years. It helped me to become strong enough to smash The European Speed Test with over a whole second to spare, along with Snoworks top on snow and off snow training.
